Obituary of Dallas C. Dixon

Dallas C. Dixon, 84, of Nicholasville, KY passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024, in Lexington, KY. He was born in Benham, KY on February 23, 1939, to the late Clifford and Maude Hazel Dixon.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was in Construction for most of his career. 

Dallas was survived by one son, Blake Dixon, Abingdon, VA; two daughters, Beverly Dixon, Abingdon, VA and Robin (Jeff) Rose, Lebanon, VA; daughter in law, Jane Dixon, Nicholasville, KY; ten grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen (Cas) Ringley. He was preceded in death by one son, Greg Dixon; three brothers, Charles Curtis Dixon, Calvin Delano Dixon, and James Herbert Dixon; one sister, Cleda Lorene West; and one great-grandson, Leo Lake Dixon.  

A Visitation will be 4pm-6pm Monday, January 22, 2024, at Clark Legacy Center, 601 East Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356.  A funeral service will be at 1pm Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the funeral home.  A military committal service to follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery
