Obituary of Eleanor Jane Redden Jones

Eleanor Jane Redden Jones, 78, Passed peacefully on January 14th 2024 she was born March 21st 1945 in Frankfort, Ky to the late Louis Caston Redden & Valeria Martin Raisor Redden.

She is survived by her Sister Irene Thompson, Ben Redden (Jenny), Janice Bryant (Stephen) Brother-In-Law, Elic Coleman Jones, her daughter Janelle Clark (Landon), her Granddaughter Jennifer Clark Mitchell (Brandon) three great grandchildren & Ten nephews & niece's, Jay Thompson (Cheryl) Daryl Thompson, Deron Thompson, David Redden, Karen Redden Slepsky (Andrew), Matthew Allen, Charles Jones (Robin) Susan Jones, Bill Coleman Jones (Missy), Adam Bryant (Lacey) & several great nieces & nephews.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister-in-law and wife of Elic, Charlotte Jones, and her brother-in-law and husband of Irene, Glenn Thompson.

She was graduate of Midway College, she owned a ceramic shop and then worked for Shea Anderson as a hairdresser in Frankfort Kentucky. In 1977 moved with her family to Centerville Ohio & in 1978 moved with her family to San Antonio Texas. She was a hair dresser there for 40 years, where she resided until 2018, When she moved back to Kentucky with her beloved dog Chris. She was an avid salt & pepper shaker collector and loved playing games on her IPad.

She will be under the care of Clark Legacy Center. There will be no service, per her request.

She will be interred at the Midway Cemetery along side her Parents in a private family celebration of life ceremony.
