Obituary of Leila Frances Marshall

Our beloved sister Leila Frances (Edmonson) Marshall, 85, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2024. Frances was born on July 21,1938 to Harry and Leila Edmonson. She grew up with her brother John Edmonson, and had one nephew, Johnny, whom she cherished deeply. Both preceded her in death. She was married to Ron Marshall for 40 years. Frannie, as she became known to those who deeply loved her, taught ballet at the Barbara Ann School of Dance, and retired after many years from Rupp Arena. Frances was dedicated and baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1958. This was held at the largest convention, in New Yorks Yankee Stadium. From that day forward she faithfully and loyally dedicated herself to serving her God, Jehovah and teaching people about the Bible and the wonderful truths there in.A celebration of life service will be 4pm February 3, 2024 at Clark Legacy Center - Brannon Crossing followed by a gathering of family and friend until 6pm.
