Obituary of James "Herman" Perkins

James “Herman” Perkins, 59, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. The husband of Dawn Cook Perkins, Herman was born August 1, 1964, to Edward and Madonna Ueltschi Perkins in Owenton, Kentucky. He was an avid sportsman and member of Benson Sports Club in Frankfort, Kentucky and the owner and operator of Little Hawk Exterminating.

In addition to his wife of 39 years, Herman is survived by his daughter, Hallie Bird; brothers, Brish Perkins and Brian Osborne; maternal grandfather, Gilbert Ueltschi; and granddaughter, Harlan Penelope Bird. 

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 4:00pm until 6:00pm, on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, Frankfort.
