Obituary of Mark Edwards Shallcross

Mark E. Shallcross, 68, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023, peacefully at his home. Mark was born on July 22, 1954, in Toledo Ohio to the late James and Margaret Jane Brock Shallcross. Mark worked for many years in the horse industry and retired from Brookledge. Mark was a beloved Father, son, and 'Papa' to his grandkids. Mark enjoyed shooting guns, watching the horse races, and staying up to date on the news on tv. 
 

Mark is survived by his loving wife, Christine Keene Shallcross; Son, James (Danielle) Shallcross of Frankfort; two daughters, Maranda (Michael) Russell, Melissa (Brandon) Holbrook, both of Versailles, Kentucky; two brothers Douglas (Bette) Shallcross of Wakefield, Massachusetts, Steven Shallcross, of Tawas Point, Michigan; 6 beautiful grandchildren, Dulcea Russell, AJ Russell, Kalyn Roberts,Will Roberts, Hayley Shallcross and Jordan Shallcross. 

Mark is preceded in death by his parents.
