Frankfort - Nancy Ann Cubler, 83, passed away on April 28, 2023, in Frankfort. She was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on March 24, 1940, to the late Herb and Laura Rose Zinszer. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Daniel, of Frankfort, son, James Fink, of Delaware, brother, Herb Zinszer Jr., of Pennsylvania, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
