Obituary of Ron Smith

Ron Michael Smith, 65, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022 in Versailles, Kentucky.  Mr. Smith was born in Lexington, Kentucky on January 31, 1957 to the late Glenn Austin and Evelyn Carroll Niemann Smith. He was a retired employee for the state of Kentucky and a member of Pinckard Baptist Church. Mr. Smith loved traveling, riding his motorcycle and baking, He was an advocate for prostate cancer awareness.

He is survived by his sons, Nathan Smith and Elliott Smith of Versailles; brother, Mark (D'Ann) Smith, Missouri, Denise (Bobby) Wright, Texas, and Deborah (Tom) Wingate, Frankfort; special friends, Kevin and Bella Schimke, California and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Gathering of family and friends will be Friday, December 2, 2022 from 4:30 PM until 7:30 PM at 405 Bridgeport Road Frankfort, KY 40601.
