Obituary of Janice Beckham Freitag

Janice Beckham Freitag, 77, wife of Richard (Rich) Freitag, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at UK Hospice Center in Lexington, KY.  She was born in Fayetteville, NC, one of three children, of the late Theron Lloyd Beckham and Marie Lyles Beckham.  
Janice graduated from George Rogers Clark High School, attended Georgetown College and was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority.
Janice was excellent at needlepoint.  She enjoyed golf, cooking, roses, and traveling around the USA.  She also loved her fur babies and enjoyed playing with her Brindle Boxers.
Janice is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 22 1/2 years, Rich Freitag, of Versailles, KY.  In addition, Janice is survived by her brothers, Bucky Beckham (Sue) Pittsboro IN. and Randy Beckham (Rita) from Mount Sterling, KY and their families.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in memory of Janice at a later date.
