Obituary of Phillip Lee McDaniel

Phillip Lee McDaniel, 80, husband of Evelyn Thomas McDaniel, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022. A native of Woodford County, he was born on November 16, 1941 to the late Winifred and Hazel Jones McDaniel. Phillip retired from IBM and was a Veteran of the US Navy.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Darren Keen, Paintsville; his sister, Carol (Alfred) Portwood, Versailles; and his grandchildren, Amber Bruner, Cobe Keen, Samantha Keen, and Landon Keen.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael McDaniel.

Celebration of Phillip's Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Midway United Methodist Church.
