Obituary of Hazel Jean Boston

Hazel Jean Boston, 89, widow of William “Bob” Boston, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021. She was born in Woodford County, Kentucky to the late Fantley and Mary Elizabeth Million Gilkison on July 5, 1932. Ms. Boston was a charter member of Highland Baptist Church. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gary (Sheree) Boston, Nicholasville and Connie (James) Smith, North Carolina; grandchildren, Robert L. Boston, John Zachary Boston, Anthony James (Robin) Smith and Tracy (Jordan) Miles; and great-grandchildren, Morgan, Nicholas, Bo and Ross. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Gilkison.  

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Versailles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Hospice.
