Obituary of Robert Joseph Kelly

Robert Joseph Kelly, 58, husband of Judy Overstreet Kelly, passed away on September 16, 2021 in Frankfort. Robert was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on September 4, 1963 to Katie Louise (Harry)  Layton and Johnny Ray(Linda) Kelly. He was a Correctional Officer with Kentucky State Prison System. Survivors include his sons, Steven (Morgan) Kelly, of Nicholasville, Jason Kelly, of Texas, Joshua Kelly, of Oklahoma, step- daughter, Angie O'Quinn,  sister, Angela (Mel) Perkins, brother, John (Tammy) Kelly, grandchildren, Lawson Kelly, Logan Kelly, Leon Kelly, Kairi Kelly,  Aria Kelly, Toni (Chris) Hansford, Mark Sanders and one great-grandchild, Lillian Hansford. Funeral services will be Monday September 20, 2021 11:30am at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 9:30 to 11:30 am. www.clarklegacycenter.com
