Obituary of Taylor "Sonny" Smith

Taylor “Sonny” Smith, 76, husband of Margret Smith died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Lexington, KY. Taylor was born in Cincinnati, OH on July 17, 1945 to the late Hoy and Kathleen Smith.  He was a veteran of U.S. Army and worked as an autobody technician for many years.  Other than his wife Margret he survived by one son, Doug (Bethany) Smith, Lexington, KY; one daughter, Sherry Simpson, Lexington, KY; four grandchildren, Ali Simpson, Matthew Simpson, Nick Smith and Lane Smith; three great-grandchildren, Maddox Simpson, Brycen Simpson and Whitney Watson; four brothers, three sisters.  A gathering of family and friends will be 4pm-7pm Friday, September 3, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, 601 East Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356.
