Lexington - George Kenneth Greene, 73, passed away on July 23, 2021 . George was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 10, 1948 to the late James Robert and Mary Francis Gillis Greene. Survivors include his daughter, Alisa (Pike) Spraggins, and Ken (Jinny) Greene, both of Lexington. No services are being planned at this time.
