Obituary of Thomas Ray Searcy

Thomas Ray Searcy, 70, husband of Pam Searcy, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 5, 2021. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky to the late Raymond and Alice Sanders Searcy on January 24, 1951. Mr. Searcy was a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he played football in the early 1970’s. He loved working and living on his farm, fixing anything that was broken, cooking and taking care of his family. In addition to his wife of 35 years, he will be lovingly remembered by his children, Zachary Searcy and Allison Searcy, both of Nicholasville; his grandson, Preston Harrison-Searcy; and many other family members, friends and neighbors.

Visitation will be Friday, June 11, 2021 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Funeral Service will follow at 6:00PM with Rev. Jim Riggs officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Place Recovery Center for Women, 218 Lake Street, Richmond, KY 40475.
