Obituary of Ruby Mae McGohon

Ruby McGohon, 86, died Monday, May 3, 2021 peacefully at her home. Ruby retired from Square D Co. (now Schneider Electric) after 33 ½ years. She was a member of Broadway Christian Church.

Ruby is survived by 2 sons, Bobby McGohon and Tony McGohon, both of Lexington, KY; a daughter Angela Marten (Ron) of Tuttle, OK; a sister Patricia Stephens (Doug) of Nicholasville, KY; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and a very niece Rene Bosshart, of Nicholasville, KY.

 She was preceded in death by her parents Russell Sr. And Annie Mae Sharp, brother Russell Sharp Jr., husband Bobbie McGohon, and son Timothy McGohon. Honoring our mothers wishes, Services will be family only Friday at 1:00pm at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens chapel.

The family wants to extend a special thank you to Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice Care, Melissa, Kathryn, Dr. Wallin, Sarah and Beth. As well as Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing.
