So sad for Paula's passing. She fought more health battles than any one human should be asked to endure. Remembering today her very infectious laugh and thankful to have known her and David as neighbors and friends.

David and Colin,
I can’t begin to imagine your heartbreak and devastation after losing both your Mom and Dad. I first met Paula when she was my Assistant Manager at Central Bank. She was quite a bit younger than I, but I had an immense respect for her. She was undoubtedly one of the happiest and most positive people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I was sad and extremely concerned when I became aware of her illness and surgery last year, but she handled it with the same grace, dignity, and positive attitude that were such a large part of her personality. It seems so unfair that her life was cut short, and even more unfair that at a time when I’m sure you’re reeling from losing her, that Davy isn’t here to comfort you. But, anyone who knew the two of them would have to know that one couldn’t exist without the other. You can be certain of their love for both of you and I know that you can be strong for each other. God will hold them in his loving arms and He will love and comfort you. Although our hearts are broken, we will see them again.

Paula bombarded my life with extreme joy, relentless positivity, and outrageous love and I am so glad she did! What an example. I am so grateful to have shared a small part of our lives together. To know her is to love her. She will be forever missed here on earth while she celebrates being joined with her husband and Jesus, their creator!

My sweet dear friend. I can't believe you are not here but I take comfort that you are no longer in pain and are with your precious Davy wrapped in God's arms. I pray for your boys. Until we meet again, I hope all the puppies in heaven are giving you sweet kisses and great big licks! Love you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. As a 1985 Mullins High classmate of Paula, I have many fond memories of our time in high school.

My sweet, sweet friend. I still cannot believe that you’re gone. You were the sweetest person I’ve ever met and your heart was so pure. I love you and miss you so very much! Rest easy love! I hope you’re playing with all the puppies and babies up there.
