Obituary of Nathan Bowman

Nathan Bowman, 39, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021, due to an automobile accident. A native of Versailles, he was born on December 24, 1981 to Kelly and Veronica Bowman. He was an IT Specialist with McKechnie Vehicle Components.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Madison and Barrett Bowman, Lexington; his brother, Patrick (Kipp) Bowman, Lexington; his girlfriend, Jackie Lucas, Versailles; his maternal grandmother, Johnie Carter; his paternal grandfather, Ray Wilmot; and his maternal step grandmother, Shirley Whitfield.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Whitfield; his paternal grandfather, Kelly Kenneth Bowman; and his paternal grandmother, Roslia Wilmot.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 1:00pm until 4:00pm on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Patrick Bowman, Matt Metzger, John Gentry, Will Gentry, Kenneth Dial, and Steve Jutz. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crohn’s Foundation.
