Obituary of Virginia Francisco

Virginia Dare Francisco, 84, widow of Bart Francisco died on Friday, January 1, 2021 in Lexington, KY. She was born in Elkhorn City, KY on May 4, 1936 to the late Dudley Rose and Katy Mae Belcher.  Virginia was a member of Victory Baptist Church on Armstrong Mill Rd in Lexington.  She is survived by two daughters, Ann (Jack) Salyer, Lexington, KY and Terri (Paul) Morrison, Lexington, KY; one son, Bart Francisco, Lexington, KY; one step-sister, Brenda (Scotty) Belcher four grandchildren, Travis (Brittany) Ramey, Joyelle (Nadine) Ramey, Tyler Morrison and Kylie (Reed) Terhune; four great-grandchildren, MacKenzie Terhune, Edward Ramey, Thomas Ramey and Michael Ramey; two sisters, Betty B. Edmonds, Lexington, KY and Rebel Short, Anna, IL; one brother, Dempsey Belcher, Nevada.  She is preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Gaye Ramey; one son, Terry Dean Francisco .  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1pm Thursday, January 7, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center - Brannon Rd.
