Obituary of Randall Blackburn
Randall "Rock" Blackburn, 54, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 in Lexington, KY. Rock was born in Vancouver, WA on May 10, 1966 to Betty Blackburn and the late James Blackburn. He worked for Nami Lexington as a peer support specialist. Rock also spent some time studying at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee.
In addition to his mother, Betty Blackburn Winn, Rock is also survived by his wife, April Bailey Blackburn; his daughters, Heather and Candice Blackburn; and sons Josh and Brandon Mackey; serveral aunts, uncles and cousins in the Pacific Northwest.
