Obituary of Mary Alice Turley

Mary Alice Brooks Turley, age 82, passed away on February 27, 2019 at her Lexington residence. Mary was born October 25, 1936 in Eudora, AR to the late Eric and Donna Chance Brooks. Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed cooking, scrapbooking, quilting and her cats. Mary retired after 20+ years as an LPN from Mayfair Manor Nursing Home. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death on August 10, 1997 by her husband of 43 years , Burnette Turley, Jr. and her daughter Theresa Aldrich. Mary is survived by daughters Sandra (Mark) Anders and Donna (Van) Hollingshead;granddaughters Amarae (RP) Damron and Kharri (Joseph) Guthrie) and grandson Eddie Aldrich;great grandchildren Coltin, Blake, Macoy and Emrie Damron. A graveside service will be held at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, KY on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 12:30 PM.
