Obituary of Thomas J. Puckett

<b>Obituary</b> Tom Puckett, 72, of Lexington, Kentucky, went to be with his Savior on Thursday, September 29, 2011. Tom managed horse farms in Kentucky and California, was owner of TJ Trucking Company, and was a member of Porter Memorial Baptist Church. Tom is survived by his wife of 34 years, June Ryan Puckett; by his Mother, Norma Puckett and his brother, Eugene Puckett, both of Paris, Kentucky; 6 children: Billy of Concord, North Carolina, Angela of Maysville, Kentucky, Carla of Batavia, Ohio, Jason of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Terra and Michael of Lexington, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; his Aunts: Mary Price, Thelma Morris and Alma Presley; special extended family including James Rollins, Molly Rose, sister-in-law, Robert S. Ryan, brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his father, James R. Puckett. Special thanks to Dr. James George, Cardiologist Associates, Don Newman, Hospice of the Bluegrass, Charlie McKenney (Charlie's Angels Sunday School Class) and the entire Church family. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be 2-4 pm on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center, followed by a prayer service honoring Tom's life at 4 pm with Pastor William D. Hernard and Pastor J.K. Pierce officiating.
