He is survived by a son, Josh Andrew of Indiana; sisters and brothers; Nora Willard of Henry Co.; Roger Hellard of Frankfort; Scott Hellard of Frankfort; Wanda Payton of Bagdad; Leonard Andrew of Bedford.

Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM Friday September 26, 2014, at Sunset Memorial Gardens Chapel, with Lowell Lynn officiating.
