Obituary of Ben Troxell

<b>Obituary</b> Ben Troxell, 83, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on August 25, 1929 to the late Ben and Sallie Woolums Troxell. He was a member of East Frankfort Baptist Church and an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He received the Army OCC Medal, Korean Service Medal and the United Nations Service Medal. Ben is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ella Brown Troxell; nephew, Pete Adams, Pleasureville, KY; niece, Linda DeMaree, Santa Clause, IN. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Maggie Adams Bradshaw and Elizabeth Woolums. Casket Bearers are Charles (Gene) Brown, Charles Woolums, Jeff Bailey, Donna Bailey, Brenda Bryant, and Joe Kiser. Honorary Casket Bearers are Chris DeMaree, Lonnie Adkins, Dr. Don Farley and Eddie Burke. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral service at 1:00 PM, Friday, December 14, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. with Rev. Larry Brown and Dr. Gary Ellcessor officiating. Visitation Thursday, December 13, 2012 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
