Obituary of Darlene McCoy Hulette

<b>Frankfort</b> Darlene McCoy Hulette, age 76, formerly of Pike County, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at her residence. Darlene was born on October 1, 1937 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Van B. Pinson and Alsie Stanley Pinson. Darlene was the retired Director of Special Education for Pike County and also a retired Psychologist for Mountain Comp. Darlene enjoyed researching genealogy, fishing and reading. Darlene is survived by two daughters, Connie Pierson and her husband Gregg of Georgetown, and Misty Abrams and her husband Patrick of Lexington; two sons, Todd Werner and his wife Marigo of Pikeville, KY and Larry McCoy and his wife Margie of Pikeville, KY; two sisters, Maxie Varney of Justiceville, KY and Doris Ray and her husband John of Brushy; one sister-in-law, Brenda Pinson of Brushy; and six grandchildren, Paige Werner, Beth Werner, Ally Pierson, Scott Pierson, Nicholas Abrams, and Kenzie-Grace McCoy. Besides her parents, Darlene is preceded in death by two husbands, Charles E. McCoy and Norris O. Hulette; and one brother, Paul Pinson. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral services for Darlene McCoy Hulette will be conducted at 11AM Friday at JW Call and Son Funeral Home in Pikeville, Kentucky with Everett Hawkins and Brian Hundley officiating. Burial will follow in the Bent Ridge Cemetery at Meta, Kentucky The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Wednesday at Clark Legacy Center in <b>Frankfort</b>. The family will also receive friends from 5-9 PM Thursday at JW Call and Son Funeral Home in Pikeville, Kentucky.
