James Kevin Simms, 64, died Wednesday, November 13, 2013 He was born September 7, 1949 in Denison, Texas to O.D. Simms, Jr. and Lora B. May Lovell.
He is survived by his sisters, Vickki Bullock of Denison, Texas and Shelia Ritchie (Gary) Hurt of <b>Lexington, Kentucky</b>.
