He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 13, 1953 to Dr. Ken Underwood and the late Katherine Evans Underwood. Mr. Underwood was a retired Police Officer for the Versailles Police Department ,a former Woodford County Volunteer Fire Fighter , and was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by his daughter, Kari Elizabeth Underwood of Versailles; his son, Michael Patrick Underwood of Versailles; his sisters, Karen (Richard) Lawrence of Frankfort and Kim (Russell) Brooks of Nicholasville. Pallbearers will be Howard Abney, Norman O' Neil, Jack Perron, Mike Hartley, Lee J. Brooks, John Lawrence, Bill Jones, Owen Roberts, and Danny Winter. Officiating will be Rev. Andy Lawrence and Rev. Dave Menser. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral services will be Friday, May 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Clark Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rose Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 5-8 PM.
