She is survived by her son, Michael Burton; mother, Peggy Ann (Scott) Manley Smith; father, Phillip Glenn; sisters, Amanda Simpson and Donna Harrington; brother, Robert Smith; grandparents, John and Betty Manley; numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will from 10:30am-12;30pm, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, funeral will follow at 12:30pm. Burial will be Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
