Obituary of James Reed Baker

<b>Online Obituaries for Frankfort, KY</b> FRANKFORT- James Reed Baker, Jr., 76, husband of Rose Baker, passed away Friday, November at his residence after an extended illness, with his family at his side. A native of Frankfort, he was born on August 16, 1938 to James Reed Baker, Sr and Mary Virgilene Baker. Mr. Baker retired from the State of Kentucky as Branch Manager in the Information Department and was a member of the National Guard. In addition to his wife, he is survived his daughter, Lisa Baker, grandsons, Joshua Reed Baker and Logan Reed Cope, the Bates/Snavely Family and many loved nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, James Reed Baker, III and brother, Fred R. Baker. <b>Funeral Information</b> Mr. Baker had requested no funeral services and asked that people celebrate his life instead.
