<b>Lexington</b> Vickie D.Louallen, 54, died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital in <b>Lexington</b>, Kentucky. She was born July 9, 1960 in Rockford, Illinois to Dewey Edward and Billie Hawks Bozarth, Sr. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Tarah M. Conyers, Tiffany Louallen and Heather Holt; 1 son, Simon Louallen; sister, Verna (Charles) McDowell; brother, Dewey Edward (Laura) Bozarth, Jr.; grandchildren, Delaina Holt and Ella Holt; 4 nieces and nephews, Kassie, Elizabeth, Jason and David; great nieces and nephews, Tyler, Stephen, Layton, CJ, Kourtney and Heather. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Terry E. Louallen. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be 11am-1pm, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Funeral will follow at 1pm. Pastor Dave Smith will be conducting the service. Burial will be at 2:30pm, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in <b>Lexington</b>, Kentucky.
