Michelle Lowe, 46, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013. She was born July 21, 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Bill and Peggy Nickels Bevins.
She is survived by her husband, Rick Lowe; daughter, Chrissy Abney; son, Craig Carter; brother, Bill Bevins; grandchildren, Lucas and Brianna Abney.
