Bettye was a member of the Senior Adults at Porter Memorial Baptist Church with us. We always enjoyed being with her.I drove the bus and picked her up when she lived at the Emerson Center. She was always encouraging us to travel with the Christian tour group from NC.

Carol, John, and Jack,
As a Pastor ot Senior Adults at Porter I only knew your mother for a few years. She was always happy, joyful and projecting her sweet personality to others. I truly enjoyed the trips, meeting and other activities that Bettye was apart. She was a people person, a witness of her faith, and joy to be around. My prayers are with you as you celebrate her life, her faith, and her memories that she has given to you.
Prayerfully,
Bob Justus, Pastor of Sr. Adults and Pastoral Care
Porter Memorial Baptist Church
