<b>Nicholasville, Kentucky</b> David Wayne Slugantz, Sr., 74, died Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at his residence. He was born September 5, 1940 in Woodford County, Kentucky to Joseph and Ethel Drury Slugantz. He is survived by his wife, Rita Hutchinson Slugantz; daughter, Rebecca Jean (Brook) Fisher, Olive Branch, Mississippi; son, David Wayne Slugantz, Nicholasville; sister, Tenny Stinnett, Nicholasville; brothers, John T. (Joyce) Slugantz, Nicholasville and William Clarence (Ethel) Slugantz, Nicholasville; eight grandchildren, Kaitlyn Fisher, Nathaniel Fisher, Kerrigan Fisher, Wesley Fisher, Kayegan Fisher, Morgan Bailee Slugantz, David Wayne Slugantz and Tabatha Dawn Cassity; two great grandchildren, Madison Cassity and Clayton Cassity. <b>Funeral Information</b> Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm, Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Tabernacle Baptist Church.
