John F. Jacobs, 58, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011. He was born on March 3, 1953, in Beckley, West Virginia, to Ralph and Esta Jacobs. John is survived by his son, Sam Jacobs of Lexington, Kentucky; and by his ex-wife, Theresa Jacobs.
