Obituary of Ronald Owen Redmon

<b>Online Obituaries for Lexington</b> Ronald Owen Redmon, 75, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday evening at St. Joseph Hospital. Mr. Redmon, son of the late Virgil and Mildred Southworth Redmon, was born in Versailles, Kentucky. He graduated from Versailles High School and was a retired land surveyor with GRW Engineers. Mr. Redmon was a member of the American Legion Post #341, Boys Scout of America, an avid fan of the UK Wildcats and the Cincinnati Reds. He is survived by his sister Velda Redmon Staggs, nieces Vivian (Larry) Salley, Angela Southern, nephews Randall Roark, Daniel Roark, Donald (Anna) Roark all of Lexington, Michael (Sandy) Roark of Versailles and Keith (Sandy) Redmon of Lousville and special friends of GRW. Mr. Redmon was preceded in death by his son Ronald Dewayne Redmon and a twin brother Donald Lee Redmon. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral service will be Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 11:00am Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill officiated by the Rev. Mickey Anders. Burial will follow in the Versailles Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Friday at the funeral home. A special thanks to his caregivers and devoted nieces Vivian and Angela.
