In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-mother, Jennifer Wade, sister, Caitlin Wade and brother, Caleb Wade, grandparents, Don and Margie Smith and Don and Viley Wade. <b>Funeral Information</b> A memorial service will be held Friday, 6 PM, at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing lead by Kaleb Heitzman. Visitation will be held from 4 until 6pm.
