<b>Frankfort, KY</b> Penny Sharon Goodman, 61, passed away May 19, 2015. Born in Lexington, Kentucky on August 16, 1953 to the late Charles Dykes and Mable Moore Dykes. She is survived by her daughter Meghan Goodman, of Frankfort; her step-daughter Vicky Phillips; her step-son Michael Goodman; her sister Norma Valente; her brother Rick Wilcox; and her grandchildren Jordan Brooks; Taeden Brooks; Melissa Goodman; Michael Phillips; Nicole Phillips; and Maomi Goodman. In addition to her father Penny was preceded in death by her sons Paul Eugene Goodman Jr.; One Sister and one brother. <b>Funeral Information</b> No services planned at this time.
