<b>Obituary</b>
Joyce Hammond Neal Webb, 68, of Lexington, died Friday, July 10, 2009. She was born on May 7, 1941, in Woodford County, KY, to the late George Riley and Lula Warren Hammond. She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Ballard, Lexington; her son, James Michael Webb, Lexington; her two sisters, Betty Watts and Judy Poynter; and by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her daughter, Mitzi Webb.
