She was born January 25, 1968 in South Williamson, Kentucky to the late Walter Boone and Opal Blanche Smith. She is survived by her significant other, Glen Allen Ray of <b>Lexington, Kentucky</b>; sisters, Janet Carol (Tillman) Smith Caudill of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Gloria Annetta Smith Spears of Wheelersburg, Ohio; brothers, Danny Lee (Judy) Smith of Fairborn, Ohio, Donald Lee (Cheryl Lynn) Smith of Frenchburg, Kentucky; nieces, Linda Kay Daugherty Spurlock of Detroit, Michigan, Brenda Fay Daugherty of Detroit, Michigan and Barbara Jean (Patrick) Walters of Detroit, Michigan; nephew, Gary Keith Daugherty of Warren, Michigan. <b>Funeral Information</b> A gathering of family and friends will be held 2:30-4:30pm, Sunday, November 17, 2013 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
