She is survived by her sons Mike Johns, Jerry (Janie) Johns and David (Cynthia) Johns; sisters Lucille (Wilbur) Booker of Waterford, MI, Bonnie (Jerry) Moody of <b>Nicholasville, KY</b>, Alice (Carol) Hazelett of <b>Nicholasville, KY</b>, Barbara (Sam) Manley of Richmond, KY, Patty Hazelett of <b>Nicholasville, KY</b>, Ruby (George) Borquez of Tucson, AZ, Jennifer (Adam) Boggs of Wilmore and Carol (Toby) McClanahan of <b>Nicholasville, KY</b>;.grandchildren Tiffany (Todd) Evans, Bonnie (Nicholas) Baldwin and Travis Johns; great grandchildren Grace, Leah and Bailey Baldwin and Gabriel Evans. She is preceded in death by her daughter Teresa Johns and a son William Johns; parents Walter and Gladys Hazelett and Rose Marie Deaton; sister Marlene (Hazelett) Powell. <b>Funeral Information</b> There will be a Celebration of Life, at 4 PM, Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Chapel Hill Baptist Church, in <b>Nicholasville, KY</b>.
