Obituary of Emily Dixon Carpenter

<b>Lexington, Kentucky</b> Emily Dixon Carpenter, 43, wife of John Carpenter, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at her residence in Lexington. She was born in Christian County, Kentucky, daughter of Charles Lewis and Carolyn Jean Nightingale Dixon. She was a CPA for Dean, Dorton, PLLC and she was a member of Porter Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving besides her husband and her parents are 2 sons, Roman and Caleb Carpenter; 3 sisters, Elizabeth Grubb, Michigan, Crystal Dixon and Julie Sabourin ; brothers, Lewis Dixon and Paul Dixon all of Lexington; several nieces and nephews. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be held from 5:30-8:30pm, Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Friday, February 28, 2014 at Porter Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Rose Crest Cemetery, Versailles. Rev. Bill Henard will be conducting the service.
