Obituary of Robert Allen "Bobby" Downey

<b>Frankfort</b> Robert Allen "Bobby" Downey, 71, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Heritage Hall in Lawrenceburg. He was born on December 26, 1941 to the late Marvin Rue Downey and Mary Rose Boyd Downey in Danville, Kentucky. Mr. Downey was a farmer most of his life in <b>Frankfort</b>, Kentucky. Mr. Downey is survived by his daughter, Julianne; his sons, Thomas (Denise) Downey of Lawrenceburg, Mark Allen Downey and Daniel Wade Downey; his sister Pat (Roy) Todd; his brothers, Pete (Carolyn) Downey and Ronnie (Kaye) Downey, all of <b>Frankfort</b>; his grandchildren, Kristen, Renee, Taylor and Maci; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Patrick and Emmalyn Grace. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Downey. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral services for Mr. Downey will be at 12:00PM on Tuesday, December 3 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Rev. David Smith officiating, followed by the burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00PM - 8:00PM at the funeral home.
