Obituary of Lida Spencer

<b>Online Obituaries for Lexington, Frankfort, and Versailles KY</b> Midway - Lida Duncan Spencer, 85, widow of Charles Spencer, died Tuesday, April 8. Lida was born August 8, 1928, in Georgetown, KY to the late Henry and Lutie Ockerman Duncan. She was a member of Harmony Christian Church. Lida is survived by her daughter, Patricia Ann Jackson, of Georgetown; her sons, Leslie(Faye) Spencer and William (Janie) Spencer, both of Versailles, Charles (Julia) Spencer, of Virginia, and Stacy (Martha) Spencer of Georgetown; her sisters, Viola (James) Flora, of Frankfort, and Betty Hall, of Lexington; 9 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandson. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Hallie Crocker and Hazel McGaughy; and her brothers, Leslie Duncan, Joseph Duncan, Howard Duncan, and Emmitt Duncan. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services will be 1:00PM, Friday, April 11, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Steven Spencer, Robbie Spencer, Greg Spencer, Matthew Spencer, Tim Berry, and Ray Stratton. Visitation will be 5PM-8PM, Thursday, at the funeral Home.
