He was born in Versailles on November 8, 1965 to the late Tom and Margaret Richie. He was a Utility Locator for Premier and a veteran of the United States Army. Survivors other than his wife are his children Travis and Tyler Richie, Dylan and McKlane Wilson, his sisters Donna (Butch) Cook and Marsha Cooper, his brothers Richard (Sherry) Clem, Steve (Pat) Richie and Tommy Richie, his grandson Jaxson Richie and his step mother Vickie Richie. Phillip is also survived by many close personal friends whom he greatly cherished. <b>Funeral Information</b> A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 pm at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, Frankfort.
