In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Regina Spurlock, sister, Trish Spurlock, nieces, Kristin Luoma, Marissa Luoma, Ashley (Zack) Newman and lifelong friend Charlie Craft. Funeral services will be 2pm Tuesday August 18, 2015 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in McKee, KY. Visitation will be Monday, August 17, from 5 until 8 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing and from 1pm until 2pm on Tuesday at the church.
