Obituary of Dorothy "Maxine" Sparks Martinez

<b>Lexington, KY</b> Dorothy "Maxine" Sparks Martinez, 72, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She is survived by her son Tony (Erica) Martinez; grandson Xavier Martinez; sister Carol (Dave) Snapp of Winchester, KY; brothers Bobby (Sally) Sparks of Peru, IN. and Benny (Elsie) Sparks of Xenia, OH. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Martinez and sisters Ann Sparks George and Brenda Sparks Charles. Maxine was a great mom, mother-in-law and grandma who loved to cook and was particularly well known for her taco's. She also loved to read, especially when it came to the Civil War.
