Helen Evelyn Fagan Check, 81, widow of James A. Check, passed away Sunday August 9, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Eugene Fagan and Helen Clarkson Fagan. She is survived by her daughter Debbie (Jeff) Raine, Frankfort; her grandchildren Melissa Raine, Frankfort; and Rebecca Raine, Frankfort.
