<b>Obituary</b> Samuel D. Wells, 56, husband of Mary Leta Wells, passed April 22, 2009. He was born in Lexington, KY, on January 7, 1953, to Patsy J. and the late William J. Wells. He is survived by his children, Alicia Renee and Wesley Shea; two brothers and two sisters. <b>Funeral Information</b> A celebration of his life, for family and friends, will be Sunday, April 26, at their home, from 3pm to 7pm.
