Obituary of Judith Gayle Jurgensen

<b>Lexington, Kentucky</b> Judith Gayle Jurgensen ,64, wife of nearly 45 years, to Michael Jurgensen,lost her battle with cancer on February 5, 2015. She was born in Louisville, daughter of the late William E. and Lois Parrish Tharp. She loved traveling the world with her children, she created antique cameo jewelry, antique red hats, Kentucky type crafts-fabric thoroughbred horses and fabric duck decoys, she was learning about photography and she was an author and co-author with her daughter, writing several books. Surviving besides her husband, Michael, is her son, Brian, and her daughter, Melissa, her three uncles; Charles {Carol} Parrish, Joseph {Jan} Parrish, and John Parrish, all of Louisville, and her cousin; Bob Tharp of Danville, and she also leaves behind her beloved cats Menorah and Dreidel and her parrot, Sunny. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be held at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing on February 10, 2015, 10:00am to 12:00pm and the funeral will follow, with burial at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
