Obituary of Ronald "Goose" Scott Rodgers

<b>Online Obituaries for Frankfort, KY</b> Frankfort: Ronald "Goose" Scott Rodgers, 70, husband of Vickie Rodgers, died peacefully, surrounded by his family, early Tuesday, August 26, 2014. He was born November 15, 1943 to the late Kenneth C. and Arvilla (Johnson) Rodgers. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two sons Chad Rodgers, of Frankfort and Gregory (Sara) Rodgers of Somerset. His step-daughters Amy (Jimmy) Renfroe and Mandi (Jonathan) Hockensmith and his step-sons David Lacy Newnam and James Keith all of Frankfort. He is also survived by his grandchildren Casey Lynn Rodgers, Liberty Elizabeth Rodgers, Weston Alexander Rodgers and eleven step-grandchildren. A great-granddaughter Aubreigh Lynn Holder. Casketbearers are Eddie Thompson, David Perkins, Jeff Harrod, Ronnie Adams, Mike Webb, Carl Cummins, and David Lacy Newnam. Honorary Casketbearers are Martin Henson and Stephen Walton. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services will be 1:00 PM Friday August 29, 2014, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Officiating will be Rev. Ronnie McKinney Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 11 am until time of service.
