Obituary of Shirley Jean Elliott

<b>Online Obituaries for Frankfort, KY</b> Shirley Jean Elliott, 61 of Frankfort passed away on August 22, 2014 following and illness. Shirley was a dedicated employee of the Kentucky State Police for 35 years. During her retirement she enjoyed volunteering her time to Collins Lane Elementary and spending time with her grandson Jaden. Shirley is survived by her husband of 42 years Tony Elliott, her son Tony Scott Elliott, his wife Jennifer Elliott and their son Jaden Elliott all of Frankfort. She is also survived by three sisters and one brother Dianna Ratliff, Tammy Manley, Terry Skipworth and Billy Ray Manley all of Lexington. She was preceded in death by one sister Margaret Watts also of Lexington. Shirley was a loyal friend, loving wife, caring mother and grandmother. We will miss her with all our hearts and will always cherish the times we spent together. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services to be announced at a later date
